We have 3 main goals at MyFitList:
- Provide the community of fitness goers and fitness business owners with an easy-to-use fitness resource and recommendation engine;
- Remove the barriers that make starting a fitness routine challenging, and help connect fitness goers with the wide array of fitness professionals and businesses available to them in the community; and
- Help create, inspire, and empower an even more fit and healthy community.
Chrissie has been actively involved in the fitness community as an entrepreneur, a coach, and an athlete for over a decade. For 7 years she co-owned and operated a very successful triathlon training company and dedicated her time to helping others find fitness, wellness, and joy through the sport. After selling her company, she was determined to find a better way for fitness seekers to find and connect with all of the amazing fitness groups, coaches, instructors, and studios that she knew existed in the community, and from this quest MyFitList was born! Chrissie still regularly enjoys training and racing in the sports of swimming, cycling, and running and continues to mentor people in her spare time as a health coach.
Natalie has an adventurous personality and a passion for a healthy lifestyle. She understands the importance of fitness in achieving wellness and happiness, and the key role fitness groups, coaches and friends can play in getting there. To reach your goals, it is critical to find the right groups and resources for you. Through MyFitList, she is committed to making it easier for people to get and stay fit, reach their wellness and happiness potential, and have fun! Born and raised in Austin, TX, Natalie has been involved in recreational and team fitness from a very young age – mountain-biking the Greenbelt, paddling canoes all over Texas, running around Town Lake, playing lacrosse through college, running a marathon with Team in Training, and more.
