COREFit Training


Corefit is a creative approach to fitness that mixes the outdoors with equipment for a total body workout. Corefit’s four programs, Rapid Results, MomFit, Monday Special, and Personal Training, are designed to achieve immediate results. Program groups are kept small (10 to 12 people) in order for each trainee to get the personal attention needed to reach goals in a safe manner. No matter which program you join, you will never have the same workout twice!
