The Food Teacher™ Philosophy:
To maintain an active and healthy life, all humans must have specific amounts of food, exercise, and rest.  The required amount of each is unique to each individual. Finding the correct balance of these items will generally lead to a positive state of overall wellness.
My goal is to help my clients achieve a healthy state of wellness by finding the correct balance of food, exercise, and rest. My approach is based on educating and inspiring my clients to find the specific combination of these three activities that works best for their body type and lifestyle. I believe that through proper guidance and motivation in a positive and supportive environment, everyone can reach a higher level of wellness.
My sole objective is to improve my clients’ overall wellness… to look and feel their best from the inside out!
As a registered and licensed dietitian, I believe a healthy life requires a balance of nutritional intake, physical activity, and rest. I provide every client with a unique plan that is based on their specific needs. My practice is based on a positive and supportive approach to helping clients live a healthy life.
