My philosophy is that Yoga should enhance and improve one’s life without requiring an abrupt lifestyle change. I am dedicated to providing safe, quality Yoga to my students.
Combining technique with flow, we will move through various poses using the breath, always with a strong emphasis on anatomical alignment & deepening our awareness of sensation. For students who already have a strong Yoga practice, I will do my best to provide a community of fellow practitioners who hold the same value of mindful well-being, and for those who want the physical benefits of Yoga but are intimidated or put off by the prospect of classes, I hope to offer a clear, warm approach where they can experience the benefits of a strong, safe physical practice.
